Additionally, the Denver front range which includes Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Thornton, Arvada, Westminster, Centennial, and Highlands Ranch as the largest cities in the area saw a 9.4% decrease in new listings and an 11.2% increase in closed home sales. The median home price in Denver metro increased by 12.7% from $440,000 to $496,000.
