From 2012 to 2020, I sold real estate in Denver, walking people through the biggest financial decision most of them ever make. In 2020 I moved into lending. Today I work as an independent mortgage broker with C2 Financial Corporation (NMLS #135622; MLO NMLS #1910430), licensed in Washington, Colorado, Florida, Texas, and Michigan. As a broker rather than a single-bank lender, I shop dozens of wholesale lenders to find the right fit instead of the only option on the shelf.

I work with first-time buyers, homeowners, self-employed borrowers, real estate investors, and retirees. My experience covers FHA, VA, and conventional purchases, refinances, and second mortgages, plus specialized programs like DSCR investor loans, bank-statement loans for the self-employed, and reverse mortgages. On the reverse side, I offer HECM loans for homeowners 62 and older, along with proprietary and jumbo options for borrowers as young as 55, so seniors and their families can put home equity to work.

My approach is simple: clear comparisons, honest math, fast turn times, and a real person on the phone. I stay available evenings and weekends for pre-approvals, and I work closely with real estate agents to keep closings on schedule.

A little about me: I am an adoptive parent. In 2024 I moved from the mountain town of Salida, Colorado to Seattle, and West Seattle is now home, though I still serve my Colorado clients. I am President-Elect of the Rotary Club of West Seattle, Treasurer and board member of The Center for Active Living in West Seattle, and a supporter of Adoption Options in Colorado and the West Seattle Food Bank.

I hold myself to the Rotary Four-Way Test in everything I do. Of the things we think, say, or do: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
